There have been problems with my orders as well but nothing that wasn't promptly corrected with little inconvience to me. The wait you may experience is no different than any other call center with so many customers. I ordered 6 items from ABC and they are coming one or two at a time and I get charged shipping for every box. I prepaid for certain items and have not recieved them , but the items that I haven't prepaid are the ones that are getting shiped first. What's the deal? I think that after 4 years of this, I've had enough! I called ABC customer service about a missing item, I was on hold for 38mins. . Good thing I was on my cell phone with free long distance. I could have paid for my order and someone elses with the long distance cost. The next time I get a ABC book, it will go in file 13. ABC, not sure if you read these comments but you have lost my business. How long will ABC stay in business if everyone quits ordering. Lets stick together everyone, two voices are louder than one. I even ordered 9 of something because ABC "says" it will be CHEAPER SHIPPING -- what a crock. ABC shipped 2 at a time and charged $6.29 for each box. The product itself was only $7.80 each. The Fedex delivery man told me that ABC is, more than likely, making up the cost of the "inexpensive" items on shipping. ABC must tell their warehouse people to ship things in bigger boxes and send me ALL those styrofoam peanut packing things. They must be very expensive. I received a LARGE box one day which had plenty of room in it, but received the same day a small box with 2 small boxes of hair glitter pens in it. It was plain to see that the big box had PLENTY of room, if not for the "peanuts", for the hair glitter pens to fit. I will be ordering from other companies that DO GIVE a discount for large orders. The ABC product it NOT worth paying the HIGH SHIPPING RATES. By the looks of all these messages ABC will be losing alot of $$$$$. | Luanne |
