  | Terrible Customer Service
12/21/06 (reviewed by: Anonymous from Anonymous Location) |  The glass I purchased had a section of paint missing. When I contacted customer service they were argumentative. When they finally agreed to exchange the glass, I marked the defective area and sent it back. When I asked where my replacement was they refused to replace it and refused to issue a full refund. This merchant has NUMEROUS complaints with the Better Business Bureau. |
