I purchased Celltenna from them and was better off using a piece of metal wire shoved through my phone as an atenna. This was the address this garbage was sent from: Cell Phone Shop, RM A, 9/F, 56 Ka Yip Street, Chai Wan, Hong Kong. Sent Airmail. Let us do what REAL americans would do and take them down for someone else get scammed. ARRRRRGGG!!!! |

| This company seems to be a scam

We never received an email confirmation on them and this company will not return any emails or phone calls. Their phone number goes to their answering machine. I did some investigation on them and found out that they rent a mail box at the UPS store in Boulder City, NV. The Las Vegas, NV Better Business Bureau has 27 complaints on them as of this posting. Our credit card company is aware of the situation and will deal with them and will not loose money from this. My advice, DO NOT believe everything you read on the web. Check out the Better Business Bureau & make sure these companies have phone numbers with live people to answer them. Sometimes it is better to pay a little more money for something knowing you will get it and the companies are for real. |

| Bad Merchandise, poor customer service

Included in my order were 2 Bluetooth headsets and a desktop charger stand, none of which work properly. On one of the headsets, I get no sound. On the one that works, it stops working at about 3 meters from the phone (advertised to work up to 10 meters) and neither one allows you to end the call from the headset (as advertised). There is a volume button on the phone but all the manual states is that it can be used to adjust the volume. It doesn't seem to do anything (on the headset that actually has sound) and I can't figure out how one can adjust volume up or down with just one button anyway!
I contacted them via email to tell them about all my problems and that I would like to get the charger stand replaced and just return the headsets (o for 2 doesn't give me any confidence that new ones would work and they do have a statement on their web site about a 14 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee). They responded by quoting the first line of the headset manual (which, by the way, was obviously originally written in Chinese and poorly translated to English - it's full of nonsensical statements and outright errors). I wrote back saying that I just wanted the charger replaced and a refund for the headsets and they wrote back asking if I wanted to exchange them for items of equal value or if I wanted store credit (isn't that a question? - so much for no questions asked!). They still haven't addressed the charger problem.
I have a bad feeling that I'm going to have to eat the cost of the three items and will also have to spend real money somewhere else to get stuff that works. all I know for sure is that cellphoneshop has now lost me as a customer! |
