I asked them for a copy of instructions they forgot to put in a box with electronics, and they said they will mail it to me, but now they refuse even to discuss the problem - which is making a copy of instructions on their printer or copy machine - and I`m left with that device I can`t set up, there are 3 buttons and dozens of settings - though it`s of a cheap kind too. I will never buy from them again. |

| Poor Customer Service

Their tracking shows they notified USPS of shipping, but USPS has no record. Have contacted customer service several times, but have gotten no help. Last email said I should wait another 30 days, then contact them again....
Hmmm. Could have good products, I wouldn't know. |
