 | Great New Colors, Styles & Promotional Offers

They have had some seasons where the clothing was absolutely awful (very drab colors) and I bought nothing. Then, they will have other times when the colors and styles are great. After a very boring Spring, Summer, and Fall '05, Eddie Bauer is back with some great colors for Spring '06. And, because of that, I have already placed a large order...the first for me in over a year! |

11/01/05 (reviewed by: natasha from richmond) | | Eddie customer service is poor. They are slick. lees than a year ago they would honor price adjustments, but now they do not. Only 3 days ago, Imade a purchase from them at a substantial price difference. three days later everything was 30% off sale prices. Would give a price adjustment. I will be returning everything. With customer service like that they surely will be on their way out. |
