  | Prices ok, service... well

Order contained wrong sizes, and completely wrong items. I'm still hoping for the "refund" of the items that turned out to be "sold out".
Nice prices, good styles, but I'll only buy from a walk-in store from now on. |

02/19/06 (reviewed by: Amy from St Paul) | | I buy quite a bit from fredericks. In just about every order something is excluded from my order or they put in the wrong item. If something goes out of stock after I bought it, they will cancel that item without any notification. Many of the decorations are glued on and therefore fall apart in the wash. Also take note that the box says "fredericks of hollywood", not at all discreet if you have nosy neighbors or kids, and their package tracking does not indicate what day the shipment will arrive. |

12/08/05 (reviewed by: Aida from New Jersey) | | I am a Victoria's Secret customer as well as a Frederick's customer. Althought VS merchandise is of a little higher qualtity and classier, Frederick's is unabasedly fun and sexy! Some of VS lingerie looks a little young but Frederick's is all WOMAN!
I've been a customer for five years and find shopping their catalogs enjoyable. Every season there is something exciting to look forward to. I will probably be a customer until I am 70. (I will probably be forced to stop by then.) But oh the memories. Thanks Frederick's of Hollywolld! |

Although I do find that Victoria's Secret merchandise is beautiful it is more expensive, about double the price of Frederick's. When I am low on dough and want to treat my self I can get double from Frederick's than what I can from VS. I have never had a problem regarding the quality of the merchandise. But I do have a bit of advice, order as soon as you can because the prettiest items sell out the quickest and most of the time there are no back-orders |

04/07/05 (reviewed by: Anonymous from NY) | | I've ordered here twice before, and both times they have messed up my order. They gave me the wrong size, color, and/or item on about 4 items. And guess what? If I return it, I still have to pay the return shipping, which at about $7, hardly seems worth it. Plus, quality isn't the greatest, so be sure to only buy things when they are on sale, thus making them worth the price. |
