and they do not take items off the list once htey are out of stock nor do they even mention the fact that they are out of stock
but right now the airsoft guns are on sale so u really cant complain all that much cause everything is so cheap |

I bought R/C Stunt car for my son as Christmas gift and it does not work. They changed the phone # and then a message first said that they are off for holidays and will be back on 27th. No one picked the phone on 27th and no one returned so many voice mails left for RMA #. Then on 28th there was another message saying that they are now off till 3rd of January and even today no one is picking up the phone. No one replied to all the emails sent to customer service. They changed their 800 # to a non 800 # and even then you can reach to no one. Will never buy from them and will ask everyone to stay away. Buy from any website than this. Never had such a bad experience of customer service ever in my life.

My item ends up comming dec 26 and I figure o well at least I got it. Upon opening the package I find that they had sent me the wrong product. I have tried over and over again and cannot reach them on their phone, all I get it a stupid answering machine. My emails are always answered by "we're closed" or some message like that. |

Got an email on Dec 22 saying item was "backordered", and i could exchange order for any item in stock. Replied back immediately with another preferred item. Received email today saying that store is closed and will address all concerns on Dec 27! horrible online shopping experience. |

     | Shame on Hobbytron 12/23/06 (reviewed by: Anonymous from Anonymous Location) | I ordered for Christmas from (3) on line retailers.
1. The other two retailers noted that items were not in stock when the order was placed allowing me to order another item. Hobbytron only acknowledged that the item was not in stock at 3PM on the last shipping day before Christmas.
2. The other two retailers shipped with 2 days of receiving the order. Hobbytron sent an acknowledgement at 3PM on the last shipping day before Christmas 12/23 that my order would ship that day and would arrive the day after Christmas. I wasted 50.00 for next day delivery.
3. My e-mails for the status of the order went unacknowledged and of course there is no phone number to call on their web site.
Shame on Hobbytron.

Called them and the phone was busy most of the day. Finally, it isn't busy, but no one answers. Then, at last the phone is answered, "sorry but we are only open during X hours" the message states. One problem, I was calling during the hours their website stated they were open. Oh, well, it's not like they bothered to answer the phone the 9 other times I tried to call them.
