  | Worst online experience EVER!
01/29/07 (reviewed by: Anonymous from Anonymous Location) |  I purchased filters for our humidifier on December 7th! On Wednesday December 27th I called...because I'd not heard a WORD or received anything from this store. They informed me that my order had not been PROCESSED until December 22nd...and was not yet shipped and NOW the warehouse was closed for inventory until January 8th. I asked if I could cancel the order...and they told me no...the only way to cancel it was to reject delivery. I mentioned that winter would be half over by the time I received these critical parts for my humidifier...and they apologized but said they would put in a request to have them sent out immediately once the warehouse was reopened. Today it is January 29th...and I decided that I was AGAIN going to try and contact this company...so I sent them an email response from their customer service link on their website. Rather than receiving a response (apology...something) I Just received a note saying that my things shipped today and will arrive in 6-8 business days. This is appalling business practice. Bionaire would do well to find another distributor. I tried to call Bionaire directly...but the phone call let me right back to the Jarden Store. Buyer beware! |
