I didn't hear from them for weeks, so I wrote them an email inquiring about how long the exchange would take. They sent me an unpersonalized email saying returns take 2 to 3 weeks and to write back for any other questions. I did that and got an automated response that says they don't read email. Then they sent me a random email a week later that was a stock letter saying they guarantee returns. I have yet to get the exchange and they haven't credited my card. I'll never shop there again. |
