Not only did they not devilver my order, their phone number has been busy for two days!!! Some adjectives to describe justflowers.com: Horrendous, Awful, Deceiving, Fraudulent, Dishonest, Sketchy, and Nonresponsive. |

I ordered valentine`s day flowers and they arrived 2 days late. Both of their 800 customer service numbers don`t work and I had to send about a dozen emails before I got a response. When they finally shipped my flowers, they cut off the last 3 lines of the message including my name! They have the worst customer service ever. The fact that their telephone numbers don`t even work (you can`t even connect to them, you get an error message) should tell you something. |
