| Great Customer Service & Clothes
12/19/06 (reviewed by: Rachel from Orlando, FL) | | I had to go into 2 different Khols stores this weekend and call 3 different ones as well as call the online customer service looking for different items in different sizes, and everyone that I spoke to was so nice and poliete. They were more than happy to help me look for the items and find the items I was looking for. I know the stores are very busy this time a year and I felt so much like a person and not like a bother. I finally found the items needed in the sizes and had to buy some from the store and some from online. |

10/20/06 (reviewed by: D from VA) | | The only few things I like from Kohls are their name brand jeans and shoes. Their small electrical appliance , I don't like. Ex. I brought toaster from them and it had a dent. Not just on one but all of them as it turns out (the only one that did not have dent was the display). Another ex, I brought waffle maker and it turned out to the be one of the worst rated waffle maker. I expect quality from Kohls not junk. I know they have many coupon offers (thats why my friends like them) but that does not mean they should sell junk. Quality service should comes with quality inspection and expectation of the products they sell. |

| Bad Marketing Idea

I cannot tell you how many people walk out of the store because they don't want 8 pairs of socks, they just want 1 package. Bad, bad idea!! |
