When I saw my CC bill, I was charged different, higher prices for two of the items. The new total sent shipping $3 higher. I emailed three times and received no response. I finally called and after holding 25minutes they credited me for the price difference. BUT, when I asked about the shipping, they told me that was only an estimate. I told her I had an email from them telling me what it was. She finally conceded and credited me the difference there, too. |
